Read MoreThe data and systems platform beneath every Alnitak Resources platform.
Mintaka ERP™ is Alnitak Resources' proprietary enterprise resource planning (ERP) and chain-of-custody platform. It is designed to run across every platform the firm develops, capturing operational, environmental, social and governance data continuously and producing reports against the underwriting standards that institutional capital and development finance institutions apply.
It is built for the data architecture that sovereign-aligned mineral platforms require. It brings together the operational discipline of an industrial ERP, the audit logic of a risk and compliance system, and chain-of-custody traceability from origin to refined product. Mintaka ERP is also the name under which the firm builds its internal systems and automation.
The institutional capital partners and development finance institutions that fund natural resource platforms apply underwriting standards, among them the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards, the Equator Principles, the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) Mining Principles and the World Gold Council's Responsible Gold Mining Principles. These standards call for continuous evidence of environmental, social and operational performance, before capital is committed and throughout the life of a platform. That evidence has to be captured at the point of operation, in a structured, tamper-evident and exportable form.
In many mineral operations the data sits in spreadsheets, paper logs and disconnected systems: enough for production reporting, not enough for institutional underwriting. Mintaka ERP is designed to close that gap from the start rather than by retrofit.
Mintaka ERP is designed to be deployed at the operating-company layer of each platform. From the moment ore is received for processing, operational events are designed to be captured: tonnage received, source license verification, assay results, processing throughput, recovery yields, reagent consumption, water and energy use, employment and contractor data, environmental monitoring, community engagement and regulatory filings.
Each record is designed to be timestamped, attributed and tamper-evident, producing a continuous audit trail. The data is structured for concurrent reporting against several frameworks and against host-nation and counterparty reporting obligations, without re-keying or reconstruction after the fact.
Each operating company is designed to adopt Mintaka ERP under a Master Service Agreement that sets the data standards, reporting obligations, audit rights and integrity controls the platform requires.
For sovereign partners: regulatory reporting against host-nation requirements, supporting tax compliance, mineral export documentation and national mineral strategy reporting.
For institutional capital and development finance partners: environmental, social and governance (ESG), operational and chain-of-custody reporting against the standards that govern their capital, so that underwriting becomes structured, continuous and verifiable.
For offtake counterparties: provenance documentation for supply chains that exclude mercury-tainted, conflict-affected or untraceable production.
For Alnitak Resources: portfolio-level visibility that supports capital allocation, risk management and integrated reporting across platforms.
Operating companies and platform partners engage on Mintaka ERP through the sovereign, institutional capital and multilateral engagement pathways.
