Alnitak Resources is a private natural resources development firm focused on East Africa. The firm architects the financial, legal and operational infrastructure that brings mineral deposits into responsible, financeable production, from the formalization of artisanal and small-scale mining to platforms developed in partnership with host governments.
Alnitak Resources International Corporation (ARIC), a Wyoming corporation, is the holding company for the host-country operating companies through which platforms are developed.
