Alnitak Resources' value proposition is built on three integrated capabilities. We formalize artisanal and small-scale mining through ORION™. We structure sovereign-aligned mineral platforms in close partnership with host-nation governments. And we architect the financial structures that bring undercapitalized, technically proven deposits to bankability. Each capability stands on its own; together they are designed to produce platforms that conventional project structures rarely reach.

Artisanal Formalization

Through ORION™, its platform and strategy for formalizing artisanal and small-scale miners, Alnitak Resources brings informal mining into a formal framework built around four aims: creating jobs, increasing formal production, improving safety, and industry training and education. Technical Support Agreements (TSAs) with local mining cooperatives are designed to provide tools, training, financial support and access to mercury-free processing designed to international standards.

Sovereign-Aligned Platforms

Alnitak Resources structures natural resource platforms in close partnership with host-nation governments, designed to advance national industrialization priorities while meeting the underwriting standards of institutional capital and development finance. The platforms are designed to combine host-government support, blended capital, political risk coverage and proprietary environmental, social and governance (ESG) and chain-of-custody data infrastructure.

Bankability

Alnitak Resources focuses on undercapitalized deposits that are technically proven and aligned with the development priorities of host governments, but that have stalled at the financing stage. We bring the legal, financial and operational architecture designed to close that gap, working alongside development finance institutions, export credit agencies, sovereign wealth and institutional capital partners.

Integration

How the three capabilities integrate

The three capabilities reinforce one another. Artisanal formalization builds the supply, community legitimacy and ESG record that institutional capital and development finance underwriters look for. Sovereign-aligned partnerships provide the regulatory, fiscal and political stability that bankability depends on. And bankability architecture provides the capital that makes formalization and sovereign-scale operations financially viable. Together, they are designed to let Alnitak Resources work where conventional project structures struggle.
