Integrated systems, not deal-by-deal mining

Alnitak Resources builds platforms — integrated systems combining proprietary infrastructure, sovereign-aligned partnership architecture, and institutional capital to bring mineral deposits into responsible production. We do not operate as a deal-by-deal mining company. We operate as the architect of platforms designed to scale across jurisdictions and across decades.

Two trademarked components anchor the platforms we build. Mintaka ERP™ is our proprietary data and systems platform, designed to produce environmental, social and governance (ESG), regulatory and operational reporting across every platform. ORION™ is our platform and strategy for formalizing artisanal and small-scale miners, applied wherever formalization is part of the platform model.

Together they are designed to give every platform a common operational standard, a common data infrastructure and a common ESG and chain-of-custody framework, so that each platform can be underwritten on its own and alongside the others.

Mintaka ERP

The data and systems platform beneath every platform. Designed to capture operational, environmental and social data continuously and to report against the International Finance Corporation (IFC) Performance Standards, the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM) Mining Principles and host-nation requirements.

ORION

The platform and strategy for formalizing artisanal and small-scale miners. Built around four aims: creating jobs, increasing formal production, improving safety, and industry training and education.

Platform Architecture

Deliberate, replicable, engineered for institutional underwriting

Every Alnitak Resources platform is built on a structured architecture combining host-country operating companies, local participation, blended capital structures and Mintaka ERP. The architecture is deliberate, replicable and designed for institutional underwriting.

Platform Lifecycle

Seven phases, gated by standards

Every platform advances through the same seven phases, from diligence to closure and rehabilitation. A platform moves to the next phase only when the standards for its current phase are met, documented and reviewed.

Disclosure

Disclosure discipline

Platform-level information is disclosed to qualified counterparties under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Disclosure timing is part of how the firm works with sovereign and institutional counterparties. A platform becomes public when doing so serves the platform and the host nation. Until then, discretion protects the work, the counterparties and the relationships.

Counterparties seeking to engage should use the sovereign, institutional capital or multilateral engagement pathways.
