Audrey Mpendwa Cissé

Chief Communications Officer & Director, Alnitak Resources International Corporation

Audrey Mpendwa Cissé is Chief Communications Officer and a co-founding director of Alnitak Resources, and brings a combination of leadership and international experience to the firm. Her ability to navigate complex cultural settings and to build partnerships supports the firm’s operations in East Africa.

Audrey grew up in the United Nations peacekeeping community and has developed diplomatic and strategic skills.

Alongside her role at the firm, Audrey founded and leads Little Glowing Hearts, a non-profit organization working with communities in Tanzania. Its work focuses on drilling boreholes for clean water, bringing solar power to remote villages and training residents to install and maintain the systems, supporting orphanages, and providing scholarships to students from underprivileged backgrounds.

That work, together with her fluency in multiple languages, gives Alnitak Resources first-hand insight into community engagement and sustainable development in East Africa.
